Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Any return request must be raised within a reasonable time after delivery.

- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging and tags must be intact
- Proof of purchase may be required
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Customized or personalized products
- Items made specifically on order
- Products damaged due to improper use or mishandling
- Sale or discounted items
Refund Process
refund will be credited to the same mode of payment within 10 days
Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding
the approval status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another
suitable mode. Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
Exchanges / replacement
exchanged /replacement product will be delivered within 3 days
Exchanges are offered only for damaged or incorrect items, subject to product
availability. We reserve the right to offer a replacement or an alternative solution.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of an error from
our side. Return shipping arrangements will be communicated accordingly.
Cancellations
Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled. Cancellation requests may be considered
only if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
Important Note
Since our products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, or finish
are natural and add to the uniqueness of each piece. Such variations are not
considered defects.
Heartistry reserves the right to approve or decline any return or refund request
based on the terms mentioned above.
