Shipping Fees

A standard shipping fee of ₹50 applies to all prepaid orders up to ₹299. Orders exceeding ₹299 are eligible for complimentary shipping within India.

Order Processing

Orders are generally prepared within 1–2 business days for frames and canvas products, and 3–4 business days for acrylic items after your order is placed.

Delivery Timeline

Deliveries typically occur within 5–8 business days after dispatch. Occasionally, delays may arise due to factors such as weather conditions, logistical issues, local restrictions, or courier company delays.

All deliveries are handled by our courier partners. While we assist with any delays, we ask for your understanding until at least one ‘Out for Delivery’ attempt has been made on the scheduled day.

Orders for Special Occasions

For time-sensitive events or gifts, we recommend placing your order at least 15 business days in advance to ensure timely delivery.

Tracking Your Order

After dispatch, a tracking link will be shared via email and WhatsApp along with your registered shipping number.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts. Please provide a valid mobile number as OTP verification is required at the time of delivery.

Missed Deliveries

If all delivery attempts fail, the item will be returned to our warehouse. Customers may request reshipping at their own cost.

Requests for Specific Dates

We cannot guarantee delivery on a particular date or time. Orders are dispatched according to courier timelines and operational factors.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

COD is available on orders of ₹799 and above, with an additional charge of ₹99.
Verification: All COD orders require confirmation via WhatsApp and a verification call. Unverified orders may be canceled.
COD Exclusions: Personalized items, addresses at hostels, PGs, colleges, hotels, remote locations, or weekend-closed businesses are not eligible for COD.
Multiple COD Orders: If multiple COD orders are placed before the first delivery, subsequent orders may be canceled at our discretion.
